Open for tasting noon-5:00pm Saturday and Sunday. Emerson Vineyard will feature the sounds of Leftover Strings on Saturday from 1:00-3:00pm and James and Julz from 3:00-5:00pm. On Sunday, listen to Sam Holmes from 1:00-3:00pm and the Kindreds from 3:00-5:00pm.

  

Sunrise Tree Farm – Highway 223 - just south of Maxfield Creek Road, Kings Valley (541)929-2289.

Kids scavenger hunt! Explore the farm, find the treasures.  Make your own ornament while it snows.  Watch for the 10' candy cane poles. Open Saturday and Sunday, noon- 5:00pm.

  

Beazell Memorial Forest - Heading west on Highway 20 (past Philomath, OR), take a right on the Kings Valley Highway to Wren (follow the signs to Beazell Memorial Forest Park).

Beazell will feature tours of the forest and forest management practices Saturday and Sunday with activities for kids and raptor shows from Chintimini Wildlife Center from 1:00-4:00pm on both days.

For the Bounty event, Lumos will be featuring their tasting room, pygmy goats, lawn games, areas for picnicking with awesome views of the valley, and music from the Eddie St. Claire Jazz Trio on Saturday, Sunday , and Monday, the 5th, 6th and 7th, from 1:00-5:00pm.

The tasting room is just across from historic Harris Covered Bridge and will feature the music of Jeremy Donaldson from noon-2:00pm on Saturday. The Doggone Divas will perform on Sunday from noon-2:00pm followed by Fromage a Trois at 2:00pm.  Artists Kathy and Mark Jederlich will be on hand with a kids’ art workshop and displays of local handcrafted wood crafts and posters by Earl Newman.

The museum has exhibits on the newly re-established Horner Collection featuring over 60,000 artifacts as well as a beautiful display of quilts celebrating Oregon's 150th anniversary. The museum will be open from noon-5:00pm both Saturday and Sunday.

The Wine Vault is the official tasting room for Pheasant Court Winery and has wines available from many other Benton County wineries. They will be open noon – 6:00pm on Saturday and Sunday and will also have a children’s activity available.

The gallery has items in a wide range of locally-made items at different prices, and is open year-round. Featuring unique gift ideas, art glass night lights, ceramics, ceramic masks, wood sculpture, fiber art, wall hangings, paintings, hand blown glass, glass castings, fused glass, and jewelry. They will be offering a 10% discount on any gallery item to passport holders and will be open from noon-5:00pm on Saturday & Sunday.

The Cellar will be open noon-5:00pm Saturday and Sunday. Great food from Our Daily Bread will be available for purchase. On Saturday, enjoy the music of Sam Holmes from 1:00-5:00pm. On Sunday, enjoy James and Julz from 1:00-3:00pm and Sam Holmes from 3:00-5:00pm.

Greengable serves as a local, full service florist, fresh flower commercial grower, and a beautiful, historic ten-acre garden to visit!  Open 10:00am-5:00pm Saturday & Sunday. Mountain Jewel Alpacas will be on hand from noon-5:00pm showing their beautiful animals.

  

Alsea Anagama Wood Fired Kiln - www.jaywidmer.com The kiln is 12.1 miles from the post office in Alsea on Hwy 24.  Turn right at the Lincoln Benton County border.

Open for guests Labor Day weekend Saturday from noon-5:00pm and Sunday from noon-4:00pm. The Alsea Anagama kiln is based on the anagama style kilns originally built in Korea. The firing is an intense process that involves 48 hours of loading wood every 10 or 15 minutes, produces lots of smoke and shooting flames, and beautiful, unique ceramic pieces after a week of cooling time. The 10 or more people crew will be on-site building the fire and available to answer questions to visitors all weekend.

There will be wine tasting from Pheasant Court and cheese tasting from Alsea Acre Goat Cheese on Saturday and Sunday from noon-5pm. Booths including local artists, nurseries, quilters, and more will be outside of the store from noon-5:00pm on Saturday with music from Merriweather Lewis and William Clark.

  

Alsea Fish Hatchery - 29050 Fish Hatchery Rd., Alsea (541)487-7240 Travel west on Hwy. 34 to milepost 43. Turn right and travel 3/10 mile on a paved road to the hatchery.

The hatchery offers a stream scene pond, sturgeon pond and trophy trout pond for public viewing, as well as an information kiosk, picnic area and public restrooms. Free tours and fish feeding at the hatchery will be offered over Labor Day weekend on Saturday and Sunday. With the purchase of an event passport, you can make a fish print tee-shirt from noon-3:00pm Saturday and Sunday!

On Friday night Tyee will feature a kickoff concert to the Bounty event – bring a lawn chair or blanket and your dancin’ shoes - featuring Sam Holmes & Andrea Myhre at 6:00pm, followed by the Zydeco flavors of Bon Ton Roulet until 9:00pm. Gates open at 5:30pm. Tyee wines and picnic fare will be available for purchase. Please leave all pets and outside alcohol at home. On Saturday, passport holders can enjoy local artists Bill Shumway and Mark Allison as they paint En Plein Aire. April Fisher will be on hand to show her latest creations. Nature Bingo Hikes for families will be offered along Tyee's Beaver Pond Loop Trail, sponsored by Muddy Creek Charter School. Artist Tom Allen will paint En Plein Aire Sunday. Tyee will be open from noon-5:00pm both days and offers complimentary wine tasting.

Direct from the grower, Hazelnut Hill is a 225-acre working family farm in the heart of Western Oregon's Willamette Valley. Hazelnut Hill includes a hazelnut tree nursery, orchard and hazelnut processing facility along with hazelnut roasting and candy-making on-site, complete with a hazelnut gift shop and mail order distribution. Open from 10:00am-5:00pm on both Saturday and Sunday.
