To receive a class fee refund, you must contact the Strengthening Rural Families office within the first two weeks of the class to let us know you are dropping the class.
You may request a refund after the deadline if serious and compelling circumstances beyond your control prevented you from dropping within the refund period.
Refunds will be mailed to you within 30 days after your request.
If a class is canceled by Strengthening Rural Families, you will receive a full refund or, if you prefer, you can apply the class fee towards another class offering.
If the fee for the class is less than $30, no refund will be issued.
